In the 1950s, Levi’s® had a label called Denim Family that featured a range of denim jackets, trousers, shirts, and dresses. And, importantly, it was designed as a collection that could outfit the whole family—mom, dad, and kids. For Fall/Winter 2022, Levi’s® Made & Crafted has reimagined our 1950s sportswear capsule with a modern, gender-neutral spirit. The result? Future-forward designs, bold silhouettes and deep, inky blues that perfectly blend our past, present and future.

Rooted in Denim

Inspired by traditional sportswear and utility style, each garment in this collection was made from 2x1 lightweight grey weft selvedge denim or organic cotton Japanese chambray. The 2x1 construction still features the same light and dark effect, but with a softer, more lightweight drape and feel. This is what helps give the new Levi’s® Made & Crafted® Denim Family its modern shape and silhouette.

A delicate presentation of a classic series

With their versatile palette and gender-neutral design, these directional, mix-and-match pieces are the perfect cornerstones for anyone’s wardrobe. Branding for the collection is also streamlined and minimal with a special logo patch designed using the historic Levi’s® sunset logo.
