How do I return product(s) purchased from the Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store?

I lost my receipt. How do I print a new one?

If you purchase from Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store, you can sign in to your account, go to “My Orders” to view the corresponding order number, click “View Details” and print the order summary.

Can I exchange product(s)?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange of product(s) purchased from Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store at the moment. However, you may apply for a return and place a new order.

How and how soon will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 30 business days after receiving your return application. During the holiday season, returns may take more time to process due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

What if my online order arrived defective or damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective product that was ordered from Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store, please contact our Customer Service Centre.

Please have your order number ready before contacting Levi’s® Customer Service Centre. You can find your order number by logging into your Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store account or referencing your order confirmation email. Please be ready to describe the damage or defect to our Customer Service Center.
